Frequently asked questions
Does the cabinet withstand Finnish winters?
Yes — the outdoor models are designed for year-round use in frost and snow. Lighting switches on automatically via a light sensor in the dark.
Can the cabinet be purchased, or does it have to be rented?
Both options are available. We also offer a DEMO cabinet to try before making a final decision.
How long does installation take?
The cabinet only needs one power and network connection. Delivery, installation and setup training are included in the package.
Can the system be connected to our own ERP?
Yes, the lockers support API integration, for example with a car dealership's or warehouse management's system.
How does the customer find out about an item to pick up?
The customer receives an SMS or email message with a personal code as soon as the item or key is in the locker.
